Yes. Elliot works with clients in New York City and around the world to create bespoke jewelry pieces, from engagement rings and wedding bands to one-of-a-kind designs. Most styles on our website can be customized through the same process. 

In-person appointments are available Tuesday through Friday (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.) and Saturdays (12 p.m. – 4 p.m.) at our Midtown Manhattan studio, by appointment only. For remote clients, consultations are available via FaceTime, Zoom, phone, and email. 

Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 4–12 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity, metal choice, and stone availability. If you’re working on a deadline, contact us, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. We can often reset heirloom gemstones or repurpose existing gold into a new design. Each project is evaluated individually to ensure the materials are suitable for reuse. Please reach out to discuss details before sending your piece.
